What makes you different than the typical virtual tour?
We combine professional scripts, professional voice narration, music and great photographs into a one or two minute video montage that greatly reduces the time and increases the information typically supplied by a virtual tour.

Do I need to take new photographs or can I use the ones I have?
The most successful Vacation Rentals have fantastic photographs. Some homes already have photographs that will meet acceptable standards. For the homes that don’t, we’ve secured the top architectural photography standards from Russ Mcconnell of the world famous Brooks Institute of Photography. We supply these standards to the Photographer in your area.

Why does your website have a tab for Vacationers, Property Owners and Property Managers
Our # 1 goal is to beautify the Vacation Rental Industry one property at a time. To do so, we work with individual property owners as well as property management professionals. We naturally give a discount to property managers with multiple properties because having one contact for multiple properties cuts our overhead substantially. The Vacationers link will support a new "Videos Only" directory that will feature all of our properties for Vacationers to browse through and find their next rental.

I am a Property Manager and am worried about the time it takes to get my homeowners set up with a video?
We have built our business model to make it easy for you to communicate the program to your property owners. We have also built a customized process to track every step of the production process.

How do I pay for my video?
If you are an individual Property Owner, we enable you to pay though VISA/Mastercard or PayPal. If you are a client of a Property Management Company that we have contracted with, you will be billed by the Property Manager. The agreements and pricing through a Property Management company can vary, so see your Property Manager for details.

What if I want to change my voiceover after it’s been recorded.
Unless we have made a mistake relative to the approved script, There will be a fee depending on the length of the video.

What if I want to make changes to the script?
If you want to change the script after the video has been completed, there will be a fee depending on the length of the video.

What if I remodel or make a change to my house and I want to update my pictures and change my video?
You may do so. Included with your yearly hosting of only $67 per year, you get one set of image changes. However, if you decide to change your entire video, image, script and voice over, then there would be an additional charge, in line with current pricing of new videos.
